If you have a California seller’s permit, contact us with your permit number and sales-tax rate for your area. We will set up a coupon code that credits back your sales tax.

Payment options include: mail-in with check (U.S. dollars or international money order); credit card through Paypal.

Shipping
Within the United States: All of our products qualify for
USPS Media Mail, which is our default shipping method.
International Shipping: For priority-mail weighing 4–20 lbs, the USPS charges a flat-rate of $60.00. The maximum quantities that fit in the flat-rate box are 18 books or 12 books and 6 DVD/CDs.
To avoid excessive shipping costs when ordering DVDs separately, limit them to no more than two.
